Harker Engineering provides a variety of services for land developers, contractors, and city, county, and state governments. We specialize in the design of streets, storm drainage, sanitary sewer and water systems, pump stations, as well as project management.
Harker Engineering is owned and operated by Norman J. Harker. After Mr. Harker received his B.S. in civil engineering from Idaho State University, he began working for the Highway Department of the State of Oregon. Before starting his own firm in 1979, Harker worked in other governmental positions and for private engineering companies. Harker is involved in many community organizations and is an elected official for the Clark Regional Wastewater District.
